On Wednesday, many Westlake students took to Milford beach to pick up rubbish with the environmental prefects. They collected four filled buckets worth of rubbish. They all really enjoyed getting out into their local community, and helping keep the beaches clean, especially after the recent floodings. The students found lots of aluminium cans, mini pieces of plastic, painted wood, and a good deal of broken glass. Overall, it was a very successful beach
