Join us – Community Fitness classes

Have you tried a fitness class yet? Classes are held in Gym 2 (Dance studio) and ALL are welcome. We cater for different levels of fitness, strength and co-ordination. Our current timetable includes dance fitness, circuit/Tabata sessions, Stretch, toning and body-weight workouts. These are small group classes with a welcoming and relaxed environment.

Evening classes are held at 6:45pm and weekends around 8:15am. Come and give it a go!
