At lunch time on Wednesday April 26th we held our Anzac Day service in the Events Centre. The 25th of April is the national day of commemoration of Australia and New Zealand for victims of war and for recognition of the role of their armed forces. It marks the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during the First World War.
It was a really special occasion with some beautiful music, stories and poetry shared.
Below are links if you want to see two of the musical items from the service.
